• Preserve and manage our environment by returning it to a native state for the good of present and future generations.

• Promote community awareness by the provision of information and education programs about our natural environment.

• Represent the interests of members and assist with group coordination and planning on environmental issues.

• Act as clearing house regarding information in relation to environmental matters.

• Liaise with like-minded organisations.
